About the Role
In this role, you will:

Provide responsive technical support to end users across multiple client organizations, resolving hardware, software, connectivity, access, and MFA issues.

Configure, image, deploy, and support laptops, desktops, and mobile devices in Windows and macOS environments.

Manage and prioritize service tickets, meet defined SLAs, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users.

Support administration of client networks and systems, including Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments.

Assist with user account management, permissions, access controls, MFA, VPNs, and remote access solutions.

Perform basic network troubleshooting involving IP addressing, Wi-Fi, VLANs, and connectivity issues.

Apply updates, security patches, and endpoint protection tools while monitoring for issues and escalating complex problems appropriately.

Provision accounts, devices, and access for onboarding; support secure offboarding and asset recovery.

Participate in IT projects such as PC refreshes, system upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and client migrations.

Maintain accurate documentation, asset inventories, and configuration records while contributing to standard operating procedures and knowledge base content.

Identify recurring issues and recommend process or technical improvements to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required
-
3+ years of experience in IT help desk or similar technical support role

2+ year of experience supporting and maintaining IT networks with a focus on performance, security, and availability

Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-service-oriented mindset

Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Teams, and ticketing systems

Familiarity with Active Directory, endpoint security tools, and MFA solutions

Foundational understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, Wi-Fi, VPNs)

Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
Preferred Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree in IT or related field

Experience working in a multiclient environment

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $65,000–$75,000, based on experience
