Leadership needed immediate stabilization to address compliance and continuity risks while also preparing the organization for its next phase of strategic growth, partnerships, and long-term positioning.

We partnered with the client through a multi-phase engagement,

beginning with urgent financial triage and evolving into ongoing fractional leadership and strategic advisory support.

Rapid Financial Triage & Audit Resolution

We initiated focused triage sprints to assess systems, outstanding liabilities, cash position, grant deadlines, and audit findings. The team prioritized continuity risks, supported immediate grant submissions, and worked with leadership to resolve audit issues through improved processes and oversight.

Fractional CFO & Accounting Support

We worked with the client to design and document critical finance and operational processes, identifying risks, controls, and improvement opportunities. This work created clarity around roles, responsibilities, and handoffs; supporting both audit readiness and day-to-day execution.

Strategic & Structural Advisory

With stability restored, we expanded its support to include a Strategy & Structure project, partnering closely with the client to frame complex decisions around organizational structure, partnerships, and long-term asset strategy. We helped surface options, evaluate tradeoffs, and prepare leadership for informed stakeholder and board discussions through an intentional strategy framework.
