Bring Strong Judgment and Execution
· Manage multiple priorities across concurrent client engagements with confidence
· Own significant portions of the accounting and finance cycle
· Balance accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness in dynamic client environments
· Contribute to stronger processes, cleaner reporting, and more effective decision support

What You Bring
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or arelated field
· 3-5+ years of progressive accounting and financeexperience
· Understanding of technical accounting knowledge,including U.S. GAAP fundamentals and close processes
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise professional judgment
· Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong communication and organization skills
Additional Qualifications We Value
· CPA or equivalent professional certification orprogress to certification
· Experience working in a consulting or multi-projectenvironment
· Intermediate to advanced experience in Excel when it comes to data analysis or financial modeling
Backgrounds That Translate Well to This Role
· Industry or corporate accounting and finance professionals wanting broader client exposure
· Consulting or project-based accounting experience supporting multiple stakeholders or engagements

Compensation and Benefits
· Salary range: $75,000 to $95,000, based on experience
